What happens to your data?

Suno collects your account details, uploaded audio, prompts, and usage data to generate music and manage your account. This data is also used to train Suno's underlying AI models and may be shared with infrastructure and service partners under contract.

Does it train on your data?

Suno uses user activity, interactive chat prompts, submissions, voice recordings, and uploaded content to train, improve, and enhance the artificial intelligence models powering its platform.

Can you opt out?

You can opt out of marketing communications and adjust cookie/personalization settings, but there is no mechanism provided to opt out of having your content, submissions, and prompts used for AI model training.

Data retention

Suno retains user information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill service delivery, maintain accounts, and resolve legal disputes. Biometric data derived from voice features is retained for a maximum of three years following your last interaction.
